Dr. Davis offers two levels of membership for her primary care services. Both offer her high standards of quality care, the same direct 24/7 access, and integrative approach. The main difference is that the premium membership covers both mom and baby, and includes a bundle of additional visits for extra support during the prenatal and peripartum months.

- Routine Well Child Checks or Adult Physicals
- Sick Visits (Usually same or next day depending on the issue)
- Routine Vaccines (as well as alternate vaccine schedules)
- Coordination of Care (Hospital, Specialist and Integrative Consultants)
- Lactation Consultations
- Nutrition Advice for Pregnancy, Kids and Families
- Care plans include integrative, holistic options
- Secure Patient Portal for email, access to your charts, even video visits
- Newborn Home/Hospital Visits*
- Extra prenatal planning appointments to cover parenting topics, postpartum preparation, lactation evaluation. *
